From September 16 to 18, 2026, Shenzhen Jialuo Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. exhibited at the 11th World Battery & Energy Storage Industry Expo (WBE 2026) at the China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou.
Located at Booth 5.1H821-823 in Area A, Jialuo Intelligent showcased a range of automated equipment and production solutions for lithium battery manufacturing, including battery module PACK production lines, CCS production equipment, module steel strap forming systems, battery cover plate assembly and inspection equipment, and module testing solutions.

Battery Module PACK Production Line
Battery module PACK production is one of the core areas of Jialuo Intelligent’s automation solutions.
Our PACK production solutions can be customized for different battery cell formats, including prismatic, cylindrical, and pouch cells, depending on the customer’s product specifications and manufacturing requirements.
For prismatic battery module PACK applications, our automated production lines can achieve approximately 12-15 PPM, with line automation exceeding 95% and OEE reaching 85% or above, depending on the final line configuration and process requirements.

Module Steel Strap Forming Line
The module steel strap forming line is designed for automated steel strap processing in battery module manufacturing.
The system integrates steel strap feeding, forming, and welding into a continuous automated process.

- Feeding speed: 0-400 mm/s
- Feeding accuracy: approximately ±0.2 mm
- Bending accuracy: approximately ±0.1 degrees
The equipment can be configured according to different module structures and steel strap specifications, providing a dedicated automation solution for battery module steel strapping applications.
CCS Automatic Production Line
CCS manufacturing is another important application area presented by Jialuo Intelligent at WBE 2026.
Our CCS automatic production line integrates automated assembly and laser welding processes with MES traceability, enabling production data to be collected and monitored during the manufacturing process.
The system can be configured according to the customer’s CCS structure, process requirements, production capacity, and quality-control requirements.
